RMCU was created to take advantage of experiences of the managers who have over 70 years of military service
and commercial industry experiences. Success in the business of national defense both in the uniform and in the industrial
complex provide the sense of reward for brining the war fighter the best available service and technology in ready and sustainable
form. RMCU has focused on creating two distinct centers of excellence. Services Branch provides the traditional level
of effort that matches the best person to the work to be done. Services Branch will bring the best and brightest to assist
or lead in all aspects of subject matter expertise to match the "cradle to grave" needs of the program, project,
architecture or fielded solution. The Materials Branch which will maintain the forward leaning effort to deliver
the material part of the fight ready and sustainable. Creating relationships with some of the most powerful buyer
resources within the IT world, we will be the VAR that provides both the customer and provider the insight they need to get
the best for the investment made.
While the Management will
bear strength for each branch, there will always be the combination of experiences to make decisions and mitigate the risks
because we believe it is an honor to serve.
In addition to the base resource of experience, RMCU brings
certifications and credentials that include Program Management (DoD and Industry aspects), International
Requirements Certification Board Engineering Requirements Management and a firm Federal Acquisition Regulations
compliance process.
