monthly PM reviews to track risk management processes as instituted in approved Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans
to include Cost and Schedule Milestone Plans.
Change Management
Anticipating Task Orders
will require processes in place to coincide with government expectations for Quality Management Processes, we will, review
and execute best industry practices (ISO/IEC) to provide a standard and predictable management and work program. This effort
will have as a focus increasing methodologies and processes that will lead to eventual embracing CMMI/ISO type standards.
Quality Management
Our Project Management Professionals, through the appropriate application
of PMI® practice standards, provide complete management of your project portfolio and individual programs and projects.
Our professionally trained Project Management Professionals balance business need with scope, schedule and cost drivers at
all levels from the portfolio to the individual project.
We
will encourage our sub contractors to progress to a quality assurance and control program commensurate with services and supplies
to be provided as determined by customer acceptance.
Customer
Satisfaction
Program Manager's (PM) are the single interface to the customer. He (She)
will develop workload assignments; manage the Task Orders and our Quality Control Program ensuring complete mission accomplishment
and customer satisfaction.
RMCU will insure any and all team members have a balanced experience
and understanding of the unique Seaport-NxG environment requiring accelerated responsiveness and dependability. Managers and
staffs will have the experience of supporting defense and security of the nation in our resumes.
Problem Resolution
Monitoring monthly status reporting and maintaining
a risk mitigation process will be the central theme for insuring that problem resolution is predictive and not reactive. In
situations where unforeseen or uncontrollable influences on the performance to insure customer needs are met in advance or
proposed solutions are within expectations of reasonable risk mitigation processes
